Like other comments state (and I wish I checked them earlier!) Their website states that subscription DOES NOT auto renew. Yet they charge after for a service I never ordered and then send penalties for not paying what I never asked for! No email responses and 50min hanging to call center - when person states subscription auto renews until you cancel! This is a total scam! Do not buy!

Ordered a magazine on xmas eve. Waited until 6th January to contact them as ive still not received the item. Its now 8th January still not had a response and no magazine.
My son got an issue of Lego Ninjago magazine that we regularly buy. In the number 2/2025, there was written that in the next issue (3/2025) there will be playing cards -spillekort. We bought the next issue, but no playing cards were included. I contacted mitblad and after an email exchange, where they tried to blame the shop we got it from, they accepted that "a mistake has occurred" and when I asked them for a compensation they replied that they "reserve the right for printing errors, and therefore, we are unable to take further action from our side"
Forgot to cancel subscription (1 year) so next year was taken from account. Called customer service (short waiting time), talked to super nice person, they returned the money (minus the 1 month already started) already the next day 😊 Great service
