IEIEAwful. They do MOT answer emails phone calls. Supply tracking numbers for purchase confirm when purchases were made delivery dates etc Basically they take your money and run. They are MOT based in Paris they are based in Romania. AVOID AVOID AVOID
IEIETheir inventory system is abysmal. I've ordered from them twice, and each time I've ordered I get contacted to say that items aren't in stock. The second order I made, they contacted me saying most of the order wasn't in stock. It's incredibly disappointing to find items you've been looking for, only to get an email saying not available. But the website still shows it for sale.It's incredibly annoying to order something and there's a 60% chance it's not in stock, even though their site says it is. They have an option to replace the missing items value with others on the website. But again, there's a chance it's not in stock, so it becomes incredibly slow process of emailing back and fourth. Their shipping fee has also more than doubled. Which makes it even more annoying when most of your order disappears. I'd recommend them for Romanian equipment and uniforms. But everything else is a gamble if you'll get it.
They have top quality uniforms gear etc for a cheap price what more can you ask for and when something isn’t in stock they are happy to swap it out for you!
