We recently ordered custom lapel pins for our veteran employees. Tiffany, went above and beyond to make sure everything turned out perfectly. She was responsive, intentional, and thoughtful from start to finish. She took the time to answer my many questions, asked her own to make sure she understood exactly what we were looking for, and offered valuable guidance to ensure our needs were met. She even checked in after we received the items to confirm we were happy with the product. Her attention to detail and dedication truly made a world of a difference! I was impressed by the pins made by Metro Pins for the school district I work for, so I asked them to create a set of pins for a club I belong to that is celebrating its 130th anniversary.
