More than a month later, my order has still not been shipped.The only explanation I have repeatedly received is that my phone number is supposedly incorrect. However, my number was provided in the correct international format and has been verified several times.I requested either the immediate shipment of my order or a full refund. My refund request was refused, and I was simply given the same explanation about my phone number again.I am posting this publicly in the hope of finally receiving a fair and prompt resolution.
