I ordered from you primer and foundation and 2 sticks of eye perfecting shimmer sticks and then i will get free samples of primer as well but i didn't get the free sample. Its really disappointing from you.

My wife made an order from Czech republic. Delivery was on time, no delays, only problem was that one of the products was missing in the package. Contacted the support via website about the missing piece, sent some photos and was told that the missing item was re-sent. Response was quick and the lady dealing with my problem was very kind.

I bought the Meroda “Color Changing Foundation” and lipstick after seeing all the ads online. When they arrived, the bottles said Made in China, even though the website claims the brand is based in the Netherlands. That made me curious, so I did a little research. The exact same foundation — identical bottle and description — is being sold on Alibaba for around $2–3 per unit in bulk. It’s a private-label product that anyone can buy and rebrand. The ingredients were also disappointing. I checked the INCI list on INCI Beauty and it scored 0/20 because of silicones, fragrance, and cheap fillers. The texture and performance matched that — very basic, not “premium” at all. Overall, I feel misled by the marketing and wouldn’t buy again.
