RomaniaLack of respect for the customers. I am still waiting for the order, so I cant even say if the product is any good or not. Since the custom services are so poor, it is unlikely that the product is any good. Because good quality products are sold by good quality people. I wrote them several times and the answers were...just making me laugh, really, to see those dull, non sense words coverd into an apparent politeness.

SpainI never received my order. The items were stuck—or possibly lost—at the delivery center. I contacted customer service multiple times, and although their replies were polite, they never provided a timeline or a real solution. Since the order clearly never left the delivery center, the resolution should have been simple: issue a refund or resend the items. Yet after almost 20 days, I’m still waiting for them to offer a proper solution and it seems like I have lost my money on this order.
