Not even one star ! I recently had a very disappointing experience with Merc Servicing Limited in Nuneaton. I took my car in due to a misfire, and after their inspection, they suspected that it needed a new timing belt, quoting us over £2,000 for the service. We reluctantly agreed to proceed, but unfortunately, the issue worsened significantly. Rather than resolving the misfire, the car began to smoke heavily and misfired continuously. Despite their admission that they weren't certain this repair would fix the problem, we were assured it was necessary. After completing the work and taking our payment, they handed the car back to us without spending any further time to diagnose the worsening issues. We then sought a second opinion from another garage, which quickly identified an external fuel leak near the high-pressure pump. They advised us to return to Merc Servicing. Following their re-assessment, they claimed there was no leak and instead suggested we needed a new engine. We took the car back to yet another garage, which identified the real problem immediately: a faulty fuel injector. Thankfully, the car is now running smoothly. For a workshop that claims to specialise in Mercedes vehicles, this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. It seems their mechanics lack the necessary expertise, leading to incorrect assembly and missing bolts in my vehicle. I strongly advise anyone considering using Merc Servicing Limited to stay away unless you want to risk being overcharged and ignored. Mercedes should be made aware of their subpar service, as it does a disservice to their brand.

I had bought the car from this garage so thought I’d go back there for a service and MOT. The mechanics are fine but dealing with the receptionist and the owner was shocking, the worst experience I’ve ever had. The communication is poor. I went at the given day and time only to be informed the part had not arrived. So it was a wasted journey for me, as I had wasted my time and fuel getting there only to be told go and come back another day I asked as a gesture of good will what can you do for me. The owner became aggressive and started shouting at the top of his voice and marched out of the reception area leaving me there thinking what the hell just happened. Has this man got some emotional issues or some thing. I walked out and talked to the mechanic who was helpful. Put it this way. Avoid this place unless you want to get ripped off and get shouted at. Shocking behaviour!.
Stay Away – Dishonest and Unprofessional I wish I could give zero stars. My experience here was terrible. A staff member named Janki (or something similar) was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the start. She clearly doesn’t know how to speak to customers. This dealership sells cars with hidden issues. The vehicle I bought had multiple problems that were not disclosed, and when I called to raise concerns, the tone immediately changed — they became rude and dismissive. There was no willingness to help, only denial and hostility. If you look through other reviews, you’ll see this is a pattern. Anytime someone leaves negative feedback, they argue back instead of trying to resolve the issue. Their responses are defensive, unprofessional, and even dishonest — which tells you everything you need to know. Bottom line: If you want peace of mind and honesty, go somewhere else. Don’t trust what they say, and definitely don’t trust the condition of their vehicles. I regret doing business with them and hope this helps others avoid the same mistake.
