GermanyThis is one of the worst customer experience I had in my entire life. I ordered a small Freezer and when it was delivered, one of the edges were completely broken. I returned the Freezer immediately by taking it to DHL packet station. Now, it’s been 2 weeks, there is no reply from customer support, DHL still hasn’t delivered the return. I urge you not buy from them, they are extremely unprofessional.

GermanyI received this laptop as a gift from my in-laws for Christmas. They have 2 versions of this laptop. This is the more expensive version. There is a usb-c connection on this laptop. With my layman thought I thought, nice I connect my docking station to this port. However, I now find out that this is a retarded old version, namely USB 2.0. This port can do very little. Docking stations, displays, or anything else is not possible. All you can do is connect a mouse, keyboard or something similar. A hard disk is also possible, but then you work with speeds of more than 20 years ago. In the promotional videos and the description on their website, this port is nicely presented as if it were a modern usb-c. I find this very rude and misleading. Please communicate clearly that this is an old port and mention this in your promotional videos. I would not recommend this to anyone. If this company does business like this, think twice buying their stuff.
