Disappointing experience with orthodontics Poor communication, inconsistent pricing, and zero support when I asked to change my doctor. Treatment was prolonged without explanation, and I stopped seeing results months ago. I expected better service for the price. Would not recommend.

I was quite disappointed with my recent experience at Medicover. Although my name clearly indicated that I am not Polish, they accepted my appointment. However, during the consultation, Dr. Marek Polkowski informed me that he only speaks Polish and does not speak English. This made it impossible for me to communicate effectively as an English-speaking patient. Additionally, I found the operators to be somewhat unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy during our interactions. I am confused as to why appointments are accepted from patients who need English-speaking support if that cannot be provided. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. If Medicover faces such language challenges, I would suggest adding an option during appointment booking where patients can specify the language in which they need medical services. This would make the process much clearer and smoother for everyone involved. I hope Medicover improves its communication and professionalism in the future. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
DISGUSTING SERVICE! Some time ago I went to an appointment for a dermatological visit, scheduled for 11:20 at the Eiffel Klinika in Terez Korut 55, in office 170, on the first floor. As soon as I entered, at 11:06 I regularly checked in and paid in advance for the visit at the automatic cashier on the ground floor. I went up and waited my turn: at 11:30 a different number from mine was called and another person came in. When I asked for an explanation, the doctor present appeared from office 170 (the nameplate on the door showed the name of another doctor), who said she knew nothing about my visit and to go to reception. At reception I explained the situation and asked the reason for the missed visit. The guys at reception, all very young and unprofessional (one of them even quite rude), did not know how to give an answer and were very grumpy and uncooperative. They spoke poor English, and luckily my wife was with me to translate. At this point, I asked to speak to a responsible Manager, but I was told that he was not in office and that there was a wait. I waited more than half an hour, then I asked for a refund of the expense. Incidentally, I did not even receive a regular and complete invoice, even though I had requested it at the entrance right at the reception. I filed a complaint, and only after many days and several reminders did the refund arrive. I have traveled all over the world and unfortunately I have visited many hospitals and clinics, but I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional service. I went to that clinic because I thought I would receive a high level of service, but the reality is that the visit I paid for in advance was not carried out, and above all I received absolutely inadequate and rude treatment, instead of having an apology for the missed appointment. TO BE AVOIDED ABSOLUTELY!

Awful insurance. It's almost impossible to see any specialist except the general practitioner. For example, I have a dermatologist in my plan, but they're always fully booked. It's unclear what I'm paying for.
