United KingdomUsed for many years but quality of meat has progressively gotten worse and worse. The current chicken breast 5kg offer was a nice if decent and only fit for bin. Steaks are same very hit and miss. We now use our local butcher, pay a little more but quality is consistently in a different league. Plus most of meat supermarket meat is cheap imported meat!

United KingdomThe rib-eye joint was as tough as old boots. I sous vided it for 2 days before it was tender. The short ribs lost an insane amount of size and weight during cooking. The amount of water in them was quite surprising. The back bacon was about 2mm thick and very tough. The pigs in blankets were amazing. That is the only item that people liked over Christmas.
