As Rodrigo says below, what happened to you?? You closed down just before fathers day last year because something was not right with one of your processing plants and you then completely disappeared off the face of the earth. What happened? Are you coming back? Maybe under a different name?
Are you guys still in business? I was a loyal customer and would love to keep buying your products. The fillet was amazing and at great price.
First time I ordered from there the coupon code didn’t work for the pork chops so I emailed them and they said they’d add them but they didn’t come with order (sad face) so I emailed them and they said there was a mix up and gave me a £5 off voucher. Website stated 1.8kg-2.4kg and when it arrived it was clearly stated 1.8kg. So they didn’t lie but just something to be aware of. Second time I ordered I requested delivery date for the 8th and it didn’t arrive until the 12th. It’s ok because I was ordering beef for jerky so didn’t have fresh ingredients too go bad but it’s something too be aware of again. But to be fair they were polite and both times I have ordered the beef has been top notch and well packed. No problems with quality or freshness atall. These are the only 2 times I’ve ordered from there but I would probably use them again as the meat was so nice and at a pretty fair price.
I was given a £50 voucher in March by my mother. I have tried to email direct, calling and the online form to order products and they do not reply. Seems my poor mother has wasted her money on this and she doesn't have much at all. Terrible.
