FranceWe ordered and paid for a coffee machine on Nov 30th. They assured a 3 to 5 day delivery We have had no information regarding the delivery. It has been 3 weeks and there is no information and no delivery!!

Did have problems signing up to your web page ( simply because all my details are ready to use from my computer but telephone number from the UK had to be altered i.e. remove the + and add 00 infront of the 44 which finally worked!)
