Ordered a drill but they didn't have it on the day. I called which took me over an hour to get through to be told the company they use didn't have the drill and they where waiting to see if another company did. Got a call at around 4pm to say they couldn't get the drill until 2 days later. I declined as I needed the item that day and asked for a refund, which the advisor said was fine. I've not had any email confirmation of the cancellation and still not had my refund.
We initially had problem with the item ordered but once Ryan stepped in and dealt with our problem efficiently and professionally. Ryan is a good asset to the. O pony
The ladders were dangerous and my painter refused to use them. The third of three lengths could not be secured and therefore the height could not be obtained. Fortunately I managed to hire a safe set from Jewsons at short notice. I do expect to be reimbursed as your ladders were not safe to use.
Wrong boom lift, too wide to gain access, lost 3 working days until a new one turned up. Boom lift and tower were supposed to be picked up on a certain day and wasn’t. Took over an hour to speak to a miserable member of staff. Will not be using again.
