Never received my product. They blamed the postal carrier, postal carrier says not their fault - net/net, I don’t get my product.

I usually don’t write review but this time I have to. I’m very disappointed with this company. I placed an order for 11 personalized cups. I received the order 3 times and was charged 3 times. I have asked to return the 2 extra order with no response having to go to American Express to dispute the charges.

Easy user-friendly way to order. Ordered 1/19/26 Arrived in a timely manner. Arrived 1/30/26 Product was quality material and the personalization was perfect! I am very satisfied with my purchase!

My Wife's expression made this experience the greatest of all TIME. I will continue to purchase from Macorner.
