I’ve tried to contact them multiple times via WhatsApp, but I never get a response. On Tuesday, I called them about a mascara I received in an opened package that appears to be used. They told me they would send me an email so I could reply with photos, and they would refund my money. However, when I replied to the email, I received an automatic response saying that the email address was invalid, and I couldn’t send messages there. I waited a few days to see if I’d get my money back, but nothing happened. Since then, I’ve tried calling three more times, but the call automatically disconnects after someone starts speaking in another language. I’ve also tried contacting them via WhatsApp again, but still no response. Extremely disappointed with their service.
Placed an order on Black Friday. The parcel was delivered according to the UPS tracking information but I didn't receive anything. Customer service was unreachable through WhatsApp, email or Facebook Messager. Managed to talk to a customer support employee on the phone, she promised to start an investigation, keep me posted through email, and refund me in case the package is lost. A week has passed and I haven't heard back from MAC.
I ordered 94 euros worth of products off the official MAC website 8 days ago. The money was cashed in from my bank account immediately However: - I never got a confirmation - I never got the products - Customer Service telephone number is out of service - Five days after emailing Customer Service, I still have had no reply - or even a confirmation that the email was received. For a company this big, this is shocking. Appalling customer service!
