UPDATE: Lyca continue to ignore emails, including the trustpilot email address. No service for 25 days despite paying. I have a new phone and need a new eSIM. It’s impossible request this online or in the app. I emailed multiple times and got a response after 16 days. They have given me a new eSIM which doesn’t work. Nobody responds via online chat when the chatbot says to wait for a human. After finally speaking to someone after being on hold for 55 minutes, the call disconnected when I hit an hour and they didn’t call back as promised. I’m paying for a service which I cannot use. I am going to complain to my credit card company and demand a refund.
I would like to report extremely serious misconduct by Supervisor Youssef in the Moroccan department. He has made sexually inappropriate and aggressive remarks toward many employees, including stating that he “would rape an agent if he were drunk,” and frequently uses degrading language such as calling agents “trash” and saying he wants to “drive them away and keep only two.” He also interferes in HR matters like medical certificates and becomes unnecessarily severe with employees who follow proper procedures. Additionally, he regularly delegates his supervisory responsibilities to another agent who then acts as a manager without any official authority, which misleads customers and could be considered legally punishable behavior. I have also been informed that Youssef reportedly has a prior criminal record, which raises further concerns about his suitability for a leadership position, and it is troubling that the Moroccan department has not thoroughly reviewed or investigated these issues. These behaviors create a hostile, unsafe, and unprofessional environment, and I urgently request immediate managerial intervention and a formal investigation.

I ordered a Lyca physical SIM before my previous plan expired, but that service has now ended and I’ve been without network coverage for five days. I’ve tried everything to reach customer support: calls that were never answered, got automated replies, and chat sessions where the bot said “Please wait for an agent to respond,” but the chat disconnected after half an hour with no response. By far, this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve had. I really hope Lyca looks into this and resolves the issue as soon as possible
