GBGBGBGBI have booked tickets for the Palladium and I made a couple of errors. I managed to get through to someone straight away who sorted out the problem for me. Then for another error a day later, I sent an email and they replied within the hour and sorted out the problem. They refunded some money really quickly. We are very impressed with their customer services.
GBGBSaw the matinee performance of Sleeping Beauty the opening night. 5 star brilliance. The slapstick innuendo was hilarious and traditionally terrific. Pricey tickets but worth every penny in order to experience a belly load of laughs and be entertained by an 'A' list cast. The top panto in the country - all in all entertaining performances, outstanding costumes, music and scenery. Highly recommend this genius panto in the iconic and world class Palladium.
GBGBA really disappointing night at the Palladium. We arrived early from work but were directed into the wrong queue by staff, only to be sent back outside after waiting and having my bag searched. The bar was severely understaffed; after queueing for a long time I was turned away when it closed, and the bar manager was unnecessarily aggressive and brought me to tears. Inside the theatre, staff misread my ticket and sent me to the wrong floor, separating me from my guest. Even at the interval, the bar situation hadn’t improved and my guest was turned away again. Poor organisation, poor staffing, and an upsetting experience overall.
