I’ve just received my Rolex GMT II back after a service and a clean and I’m very impressed. The first point is that it only took 5 weeks instead of the 5 months everywhere else was quoted, the watch is immaculate and Oliver Ryan went above and beyond to get it back to me for Saturday morning.

I was greeted by Charlie whilst lookin in the shop window at the very nice display and was invited in to have a chat, this then led onto me putting a watch on sale or return. I felt I was treated exceptionally well without being pushed. Thank you to Charlie and Arif for time they gave me and a look at the very large range of exceptional watches they have in stock.
