We're Luxe Research Lab, a beauty brand built on the belief that every woman deserves makeup that makes her feel like herself—only better. We care deeply about our customers and are here to support you every step of the way.

This is KEY for me. Every foundation turns orange on me. This one stays the same color all day.
Luxe Research Lab prominently advertises a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on their Color Changing Foundation product page. The guarantee states clearly: “If you’re not thrilled with your results we’ll refund your purchase, send it back and we’ll refund your purchase.” This language appears directly under the purchase options, including both the single bottle option (priced at $39.95, which was sold out at the time of my order) and the bundle offer. On January 28, 2026, I ordered the foundation and paid $43.58 (which included $39.95 plus tax for the bundle, as the single bottle was unavailable). On February 26, 2026—well within the 30-day window—I contacted customer service to report that even the lightest shade was too dark for my complexion. I requested a return under the guarantee and provided a photograph of the unopened product, as required by their policy. The company denied my full refund request. In their email response, they stated that the guarantee “does not apply to bundles or multi-packs” per their “Refund Terms & Conditions (Section 3),” and they cited hygiene reasons related to their technology. Instead, they offered only a 20% partial refund. This exclusion was not mentioned anywhere on the sales page where the guarantee is promoted, making the advertising deceptive. Other customers have reported similar issues with refund denials. Prospective buyers should be aware that the guarantee may not apply as advertised, especially if the single bottle option is unavailable and you must purchase a bundle.
Wasn't sure about the color changing thing but it's legit. Works perfectly.
