IEIEI purchased a new chiller for my ice bath at the start of June for over €1600. 3 weeks later, there is still no sign of it. Despite Lumi confirming they had shipped it via DHL, DHL have confirmed that they don't have it. I can't get any response from the Lumi Therapy despite trying multiple times to get a refund. The phone number for Lumi Therapy doesn't work. The support@lumi email address just sends the same holding email every time. Has anyone else had this problem? Is Lumi Therapy a scam company?
