I’ve been an infrequent customer of Lumin for about 4 years now, and every time I’ve had to contact them, they have been friendly and understanding with a fast and top notch resolution every time. I have no hesitation in recommending Lumin. May be a bit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for and much more!
