I am very disappointed with Louis.I ordered a Leatt neck brace and received a defective item. The product showed damage and signs of prior use straight out of the box. After I contacted customer service and sent photos, I was told that once I returned the defective item and provided the tracking number, a replacement order would be created immediately so that I would receive a new product directly.That never happened.Instead, after waiting for weeks, I received a credit note which was unclear and created unnecessary confusion. I later confirmed by phone that I had in fact been fully refunded, but this still does not change the main issue: Louis did not do what they promised in writing.I placed the order on 8 March and by 13 April the matter was still not handled as initially agreed. Had I known from the start that they would not send a replacement as promised, I might have made a different decision.The situation was made worse by poor customer support on the phone. The agent told me they were having problems because there are many new assistants and replies are delayed. When I tried to get clarification in English, she started replying in German. I clearly said I only speak Portuguese and English, but she continued in German anyway, which I found disrespectful and unprofessional.In the end, I did receive the full refund, so I am not complaining about missing money. I am complaining about:receiving a defective product,being given a written promise that was not fulfilled,very slow handling,and poor multilingual customer service.I expected much better from such a well-known retailer.
Very professional and reliable. Fast shipping, perfect packaging, and the product I bought—Highsider LED Proton turn signals—was excellent. I'm very happy with it. I'll definitely buy more products from them. Thank you.
