I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Linarie. I purchased a fridge that became faulty after only one year of use, which is unacceptable for a major appliance. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, the customer service has been consistently poor. Linarie arranged a pickup for the faulty fridge but failed to show up or communicate any update. I’ve had to repeatedly follow up, and each time I’ve received vague or inconsistent responses. It’s been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, and it’s clear there’s a serious lack of organisation and accountability in their support process. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and reliability from a company selling large appliances. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Linarie — both for product quality and after-sales support.

I ordered and paid for a fridge two weeks ago and was expecting delivery this week. Imagine my surprise when I got an e mail today saying that they don’t deliver to my address and do I have an alternative address? Well no the fridge was needed at the address it was ordered for. And also we are hardly in the middle of nowhere, close to Bowral. I asked why had they taken my money and waited two weeks to tell me this and they said they were changing systems. Totally unprofessional and incompetent.
The delivery was on time and I like the look of the stove top. The induction seems to work well but I have only just started using it.
