United KingdomEmbarked on this journey happy and hopeful. I hoped to reduce my plastic use and never buy another dispenser. This was not to be! The dispenser is useless unless you have the strength of a giant - definitely no use for a family. We ended up with the lid unscrewed and having to scrape toothpaste out the pot!!!! Not what I signed up for. Thoroughly disappointed and feel cheated frankly.
