We had a good experience at the shop. Seller was nice, very patient answering all the questions and giving his opinion.
The people working there were not very professional and did not know the variety of their own products very well. The order procedure took quite a while because lot of mistakes were made. Because products have not been delivered yet I cannot judge the quality.

I’ve ordered a garden-table online and unfortunately missed to enter the welcome discount of 50€ for subcribing for the newsletter. I emailed the service-team and asked them to please help me with the welcome discount right after they sent me the confirmation of the purchase. I emailed again 24 hours later, and am sorry to say, that I haven’t got any answer 3 days later. What kind of customer service is this? Hopefully they react now.
