Terrible. Ordered in Hawaiian poke book, one hour passed and I didn’t receive my order, I contacted the restaurant and they say that they have a problem with takeaway… called takeaway and they want me to send an email???? Why???? There is also no option to cancel the order on the app not on the website…. Never again, takeaway is SHIT !
We had a takeaway delivered for Valentines from The Royal Rasoi Shoeburyness. We chose these meal for 2. I had to call back as I'd forgotten to add the raita and chutney to the order, I was overwhelmed to be told they will add them complimentary! The food arrived on time, the delivery driver was polite and courteous. The whole meal was delicious , beautiful flavoursome chicken tikka Masala, large chunks of meat chicken tikka , crispy light poppadoms, the yummiest Naans. All at a very good price with great presentation . You will not be disappointed
I did a order and didn't receive it and it's been 5 days I'm sending emails to takeaway and no answer and my money are stolen and I didn't even had any answer... I can't trust this app anymore bad service
