USUSPricing at checkout was difficult to understand. The cost for creating one document electronically was reasonable (under $2) but the "fine print" indicated that I was agreeing to a longer agreement that included a daily additional fee. After I printed my document, I found a way to cancel my account. I shall be watching to insure that I am not charged an ongoing daily fee.
USUSHalf of the templates I used, did not turn out filled in correctly. The wording was also not correct with the "fill in the blank" style data entry. Sentence structure was not normal, in half of my template documents. I had to spend over 35 mins, correcting 1 Cease and Desist form.
