They charged me $35 for a subscription without my consent. Then, they wouldn't refund me. I paid $5, which was requested from me in order to begin a chat with a lawyer. I paid that $5 via PayPal. Later, I saw that I had been charged the $5 but also a $35 membership fee. When I contacted Legal Answers, I was told that I would receive an email about my refund within 30 minutes. I received nothing. Therefore, I filed a dispute with PayPal. Then, Legal Answers responded to the dispute by saying they'd refund me the $35 IF I cancel my PayPal dispute. This company is a scam. You cannot speak to their financial department. When you call, they always say they'll forward your request to their financial department & that you'll receive an email within 30 minutes. I called numerous times. I also requested a refund through chat multiple times. I never received a refund. I repeat, I did not at any time agree to a subscription plan for $35 per month. They charged me without my consent! This business is a scam!!!!!!
