FranceTook about 1 month to arrive. Luxury purchase for me price wise tbh, so expected more. Face mask didn’t stay on properly & when it did ~ didn’t cover my (thin) face! The mask was super super thick & never turned transparent, so took it off in the end as understood it was never going to do what it stated!! Nice advert & packaging though which many of us were attracted too I’m sure ~ me included!! : ( If anything my face actually feels drier than it did before applying this so-called “Bio-Collagen” mask, so won’t be purchasing again I’m afraid. Part II (added 1 week later after writing the above): After sharing my experience on here, LEAF wrote to me twice and apologized saying that their masks may not be compatible for every skin type and therefore reimbursed my purchase costs, which I appreciated 🙏🏽
FranceLoved the feel after removing the mask but application was a bit messy and sheet doesn’t fit on nose area .
United KingdomIf I could put 0 stars I would. I have orders some collagene masks back in September, never received them... I have been writing 3 emails since then to ask where my order is as in the tracking it doens't show anything. They have answered to the second, saying they will come back to me but they never did. Avoid at all cost. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
United Arab EmiratesDisastrous company. I ordered on September 9th, never received my order, asked for a refund. They claimed my order was delivered, sent me a link to prove it. The order had been delivered to someone in Canada and I live in the UAE!! DISHONEST AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY
