I bought 6 treatments to remove facial acne scarring and pigmentation in August 2023 as part of an offer. One laser treatment which was fine but in January 2024 during my first Microneedling session I was left with deep scarring tissue wounds post botched Microneedling on my left temple and cheek bones which was over an inch wide and deep brown colour. I raised this immediately and was told it was post treatment healing. It took over 4 months of repeated attempts to get hold of someone to say the scarring was not healing and on my temple framing my face. This gave me the worst anxiety and caused so much embarrassment as I had zero scarring on my temples prior to this treatment. It's now April 2025, laser clinics have only made 2 corrective attempts to remove the scar they caused which has removed my cheek bone scarring only and the temple scar remains. This was after 7 attempts at telephoning them and then going into the clinic when they failed to call me back once they took my complaint. They last reviewed the scarring in December and their therapist Wahida confirmed my temple scar was still very visible and she would contact me once a treatment plan had been agreed with the owner and management and they have completed ghosted me since. I have repeatedly called and visited the Bradford clinich and had have been told I would get a call but had zero response since. I have been nothing but polite and dignified and I requested the scarring on my temple and cheek bones to be restored as before after pictures made it evident I had zero scars there prior to starting my treatmemts with them. I am now living with an inch wide scar on my left temple. I am disgusted with their customer service, the owner gaslighted me by saying it was poor management and improper trained therapists that caused the scarring which he says were changed but without making it clear that He was the owner throughout the period of my complaint. It was HIS responsibility to rectify the complaint and restore my skin back to how it was prior to my first treatment. I have spent 6-700£ and had nothing but poor excuses, botched treatments and lack of respect and need to rectify their mistakes. Patricia the manager was lovely during their first attempt at corrective treatment but I raised concerns when she wanted to treat me the 2nd time in a 10 minute window when I made it extremely clear at the start of my appointment that I had an important event and had to leave on time and to kindly not delay treatment. She then proceeded to start 20 minutes late, left me for another 30 minutes saying she'll be back 10 minutes. I was already nervous and did not feel comfortable proceeding with treatment in 10 minutes remaining. She then told me they've already given me ine free treatment and basically were doing me a favour as she couldn't see the scar. Wahida has confirmed post this appointment my temple scar is still clearly visible and prominent so Patricia's attempts was to downplay and gaslight my complaint. I left without treatment. I am a fully qualified beauty therapist, hairdresser and cupping therapist. I work in management as my current role in the private sector. Never have I come across a business so hellbent on disrespecting their customers when things go wrong, the lack of respect and effort to rectify 'their' mistakes which was scarring a customers face astounds me. Please remember their policy *when things go wrong* is to ghost you, and leave as much space/time as possible to respond so they are not held responsible for the lapsed time period. YOU are responsible for what goes wrong in your treatment, not them, because You made the decision to put your skin at risk in their hands. I will not return for corrective treatment at any cost, your services have left me with permanent scarring at eye level which I have to see each time I look in the mirror. I have wondered if you would have taken my complaint seriously had I not worn a veil (niqab) and your botched treatment was more visible to the public. *Call logs/pictures emailed to headoffice.

I have had 3 sessions of laser here, my first 2 sessions were very professional and quick. However on my last visit, they were short staffed and it seems I was being treated by someone who lacks adequate training or experience. She frequently missed out areas I had to point out and when doing hard to reach areas in the bikini section did not use a stick as previous technicians had but used her hands. There was no order to how she was doing it, seemed like she was going around randomly zapping areas. I will still go here and not let one bad session taint my whole experience but I think next time I would request a specific person.

Staff are so lovely and friendly. Holly has been doing my laser for a while, always does a fab job. Highly recommend this clinic 😊
