United KingdomAbsolutely awfull customer service very rude people working here.sent out a yellow rubber ladder with black rubber stabilisers and telling me dont have time frame to hear back from suppliers.keep blaming suppliers when i have paid them i dont want to hear about suppliers.first time using them and would be last
United KingdomI wish I could give zero stars… AVOID this company at all costs…. Received wrong ladders, we was told to return but WE had to pay for a courier service.. then we contacted them 2 weeks later to chase refund and was told they will not refund us and as a gesture of good will they will dispose of our items… now they have our goods and money - ignoring all emails - we are out of pocket 350 pound! No replies to emails… TERRIBLE- PLEASE AVOID
