My hardwearing Runner rug is so good I bought another! First is perfect in my kitchen, and now I have one in my hall also. The rubber backing really keeps the runner securely in position on tiles or carpet. Smart & very good quality, ideal for ‘high traffic’ areas. Communication is great, with friendly & helpful updates from order, to despatch to delivery. It’s been a pleasure shopping with Kukoon Rugs, I shan’t bother looking anywhere else!! Susan G

Liked the speed of the delivery, the rug I choose wasn't what I expected it looked nicer on the photo so I returned it, which was also easy enough to do. May order again x thanks

The company sell great quality products at very reasonable prices. I have purchased several rugs overtime and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I received my runner rug today and was so disappointed. The rug itself was fine but the edges on both sides were rough. The threads were coming off the rug. I believe the edges were supposed to be hemmed.
