In my last delivery, with 3x 1kg coffee beans, I discoverd 1 of the bags (1 kg at 22.00 eur) was torn open at the top and had coffee beans spilled out on the bottom of their oversized box. So this is a waste of coffee now since I doubt is it fresh enough to use. I sent an email to request a refund but their autoreply says I can expect a reply in a week. It is Dec 2nd and still no reaction. Looking at reviews, I don't expect they will reply. I would like to mention the 3 bags of coffee were in a huge box without any stuffing so it is no wonder the bag tore open. More sensible packing by your logistics team would me smart and more sustainable. Disappointing service. Avoid.
