United KingdomFor over 15 years Rosie was a member of our family and was loved by us all. When she left us we were devastated, and wanted her to be treated with respect. We contacted Sally and she came straight away and comforted us and ensured us that she would look after Rosie the way she would with her own. Sally carried Rosie carefully to her car and places her in a bed and gave us time to say goodbye and gave us a hug before they went. Sally brought Rosies ashes back to the house within a few days and even remembered Ruby our other dog, to us it showed she cared. Thank you Sally for being there at our time of need. You are a very kind and caring lady.

I would go as far as saying this is absolutely her calling in life. Sally was incredibly patient with us as we organised our day around the loss of our beautiful cat. The service she provided went above and beyond what I expected, and leaving a simple trustpilot review doesn't feel adequate for how she transformed our day with her gentle nature, her love for animals and her all round positivity.
