Satisfied with the product but customer service was lacking. Delivery company had the incorrect contact # which delayed my shipment by over a month.
The company sent us a damaged product that also looks different than what was advertised online. They refused to take it back after we made a refund request 2 days after receiving the package. Kenay claimed that we must make it the first day after receiving it (which is against EU law). Their customer service is beyond atrocious - you get connected to a bot without every reaching a real person. Via email, they were unhelpful and made claims that are against the law (no return possible, because one needs to make the refund claim on the first day, for instance). Note that the reply by the company is contrary to EU law, which allows for damaged products to be returned up to two years after receiving them!
I placed an order at the beginning of December. The delivery date was due on the 29th December. Today it’s the 2nd of January, we have not got our order yet and we don’t know anything about it. When you try to contact them, AI answers the phone and opens a case, after that you don’t hear anything about it. We have sent several emails and tried to contact the delivery company whose number does not exist. Besides, they charged us the second day after we placed the order. We are going to file a consumer complaint. This is unbelievable!!
One the 2 tables arrived damaged. I didn't open immediately as I was leaving to France. Exchange was refused as I didn't report immediately. Unfair I think.
