United StatesI have been with Fridays since May of 2024. I have been a loyal customer of theirs until today and cancelled my subscription. They suddenly see prescription medications in their system that I do not take and emailed me about my "condition" (I do not have any health conditions). I believe they mixed my file with another patient and that is VERY concerning. They denied my refill after continuous run arounds in email with their support team. For the last several months, their customer service has gotten a little sloppy and uncaring to be honest. This is very upsetting for me but I am now looking for a new provider.

United StatesI researched so many virtual health companies and Fridays wins hands down! It’s affordable, no hassles, offers health and nutrition counseling, and the list keeps growing! I am 1 month into my journey and lost 6lbs. This is a healthy start to get stubborn weight off. I’m planning on losing 25lbs so compounded GLP-1 works perfectly to reset my body.

A lot of other companies had hidden costs in the form of membership costs that did not include the actual medication or introductory pricing for just the first month and no information on what the true pricing will be afterwards. The process to order refills is manual however I like that a provider is reevaluating your situation every month and adjusting things should you be experiencing any side effects (e.g., lowering the dosage or maintaining it, etc.) Also their FAQ section is very comprehensive and answers a lot of questions compared to other companies I reviewed. Should you need to reach out though they are responsive. Overall great experience to date and I have gone ahead and renewed my subscription :)
