FranceI ordered a big olive tree, but when I received the package, I found several cheap plants instead, and the olive tree was missing. I repeatedly tried to contact the company through several means (email, phone...etc), but never received any response. Finally, they claimed that the cost of the cheap flowers and plants was equivalent to my olive tree, and therefore they wouldn’t issue a refund or replacement! This company is a scam!!! Do not order anything from this website, or you’ll lose your money!
Belgiumorder-number: 16-1315495 Do not buy anything from this website. It is such irresponsible company. I bought a Kaki plan (28,95 + 5.95 shipping) with 20cm pot size and 60-80 tree height. They shipped me 12 cm pot size tree and most importantly dead tree. I requested for replacement, but they refused with tone of unreasonable arguments to say their tree is alive. It is beyond my imagination that there is such company in Europe !
