Ordered the claw machine in December for my daughter’s Christmas. Still waiting for this to arrive 4 months later. I have emailed customer services many times with replies of “it’s on its way” etc but item never received and no refund given. Absolute scam.

I have to admit I did have second thoughts about ordering this toy. It did not arrive but that was the fault of inept delivery company YODEL. I received upteen messages saying it was delivered but after 3 attempts to collect I gave up as shop could not find it. They do not get signature for every parcel just one for all the days delivery so I wonder where that went. After contacting YODEL many times and it being escalated up still nothing except more messages to pick up parcel. I contacted Jackies Kids who gave me a FULL refund. So very impressed.

Extended delays in deliveries.My protests met with assurance of their high regard and sending me warm hugs. Ugh. Requests to cancel order were consistently ignored. Toy arrived.Small felt and plastic parts, totally unsuitable for a toddler. It is about time that Google matched their profits with responsibility.

Contacted them asking for more information about a product, they were no help at all just screen shot what was already online and didn’t answer at all. The responses gave an impression of not being uk based. Now, having read the reviews I’m so glad I didn’t order anything. Will go elsewhere and not bother.
