South AfricaI ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ from IT Workup on 13 August 2024 and paid R12,126 via PayFast. On 30 August, I received an email saying my order was “on its way” with a 1–3 business day delivery estimate. I also got Courier Guy tracking info. The courier truck was reportedly hijacked... and from there, everything spiraled. At first, Timothy Kuypers (sales manager) responded and promised they'd make a plan to deliver my device. After a while of me asking questions because their promises went unfulfilled, communication went dead. I sent multiple follow-up emails (and they were ignored) and called dozens of times (mostly unanswered). To this day, I’ve received NOTHING. No tablet, no refund, no apology. Based on my experience and many others online, it seems this company acts legitimate until there’s a problem, and then disappears when it counts. If you value your money, stay far away.
South AfricaCommunication was excellent when I followed up. Furthermore, communication at each stage of delivery was prompt, despite the product taking approximately two months to arrive. The price was substantially lower compared to well-established and renowned businesses. I sincerely hope that they will soon resolve their recent internal shareholder operational dispute and resume operations.

South AfricaI am amazed about all the good reviews. I ordered and paid for a phone. Suddenly the website does not exist, facebook page is gone, emails dont work. I still dont have my order. The number supplied, says they dont know where they moved to.
