A fantastic response to my problem, which, technically was not to do with any of the service provided by It'seeze. So reliant on my emails I was mortified to find my Outlook folders had disappeared right beneath my nose :-( My first reaction was that maybe I had pressed the 'wrong' button and nuked everything and had no idea what to do. I called It'seeze and Caroline called me back promptly saying that although it wasn't a problem with their service she would do everything in her power to help, and she certainly lived up to her promise. She fixed my Microsoft Outlook problem remotely and restored everything including my sanity. I cannot thank you enough Caroline, brilliant service 2nd to none.
