This has to be the worst rental company out there. From just a hard working honest person to all you pre-renters… avoid this place at all costs. They will send you a final bill after you make your final payment, only from a collection company. Don’t say you haven’t been warned.
Received the keys on 4/4 and have had nothing but problems since. Hot water heater flooded part of the house. I have had to put in multiple maintenance requests, acting like the general contractor to get one repair after another scheduled. Leaky bathroom- contractor cut out ceiling but then up to me to put in maintenance requests for plumber to get leak repaired. As of 4/24 I still have multiple holes in walls, holes in ceiling. Maintenance requests have been languishing and still are not approved for repairs. And now termites have been discovered inside my house, that maintenance request also still pending approval. I just want a safe home to come home to after a long day- this home has definitely turned into a nightmare and I'm only 20 days into an 18 month lease. Read the reviews and TRUST them it is really that bad.
Nelson Gomez was the person that came to install a new microwave and honestly he was very kind, and professional. If anything else needs to be addressed in this house, I would very much like Nelson Gomez to be the person sent to do the job.
This company has made some major improvements since I last rented from them. I have reviewed this company before and they weren't very positive. When I moved back to Las Vegas 5 years later I went to the area I used to live and found a rental home was available. It was with Invitation Homes. I was reluctant but applied anyway. The entire application and move in process was painless. We did an original walkthough of the property and the maintenance folks actually found and listed issues that needed to be addressed. Within 1 week all issues were addressed! I also had a few other issues pop up and contacted Invitation homes and in general, the maintenance or company, would arrive to fix the issue within 24 hours with an exact appointment time. This place has changed and appears to be renter focused. I have been in my rental home for 8 months as part of a 2 year lease. Thanks Invitation Homes!
