CACAThey state on their website package will be left in a safe area or they will deliver the next day. THIS IS NOT TRUE!! they have stopped even ringing the doorbell. they simply leave package on front steps (in view to be stolen and not safe whatsoever) and walk away while taking photo. this happens unfortunately most of the time. they could not care less about your deliveries. Since amazon primarily uses them in quebec I refrain most of the time from using them
CACAThey hire thieves. Half the time, without exaggeration, they say the package has been delivered with a bogus picture of the floor without any package in sight and the carrier just steals the package. Thankfully Amazon makes it right in these circumstances, but this is one of the most poorly run companies when it comes to service. The amount of package theft that occurs from their drivers is maddening. The latest one occurred at a locker with a code, they took a picture of the locker but when we checked the locker there was no package despite the delivered status. Insane the number of thieves they have on their payroll. This doesnt occur with Canada Post. Does that mean everyone they hire is a thief, no. But a lot of my packages have been stolen by this company.
CACAThey deliver to businesses at 9pm and report that the business is closed! What a surprise!
CACAMy package was in Moncton on Feb. 16/26..I live 20 min. from dragonfly...so it is now Feb. 19 and my package is now in Riviere de Prairies, Qu. for delivery no where on the package does it say Quebec...staff at dragonfly have to do a better job reading...I have had packages delivered to other addresses more then once...also the drivers should not be allowed to phone the customer.
