Disappointed to receive only one snowflake crystal (£3!) as six are shown on the page. I presumed the '1' meant 1 pack. Also the shaper tools are shown as wooden, so was looking forward to receiving them, and not plastic. Otherwise, all as ordered.

Would have been a five star but the colours I wanted were not available. I couldn’t wait to try them (impatient), so opted for replacements. I previously had a taster session of flower making and was eager to do more. Easy to use and not messy or complicated. Makes beautiful creations even for a beginner. Will be re-ordering soon.
