United KingdomOrdered a bundle of uniform, to receive the order and for trousers to be missing. Emailed saying we still haven't had the trousers, to be told trousers weren't part of the order. Despite an order note with the trousers on. Then told its a 9 week wait for said trousers. And that I'd provided a different order number in the first email, except there was only 1 order number for the whole bundle. How is 9 weeks acceptable and to not even been told that. Rude customer service. Also receive emails from someone called Jen, and when you reply it says jen no longer works there. Then why do you send emails from her account?? Not even an apology.
