IEIEHeard about this store from an expat Spain group. We ordered for the first time and the order never arrived/received. After contacting the customer care, they mentioned they had reshipped the order and that order also never received. Our experience is very very bad with Dookan.com and will not be ordering anything again. Now we are asking them to refund our payment ... hopefully that gets processed.
