SwitzerlandI ordered a very expensive Dyson hair straightener with them. The device I received did not work and when I called them they could not give me any smart answer or active help. I then called Dyson and they stated that I received a product that was delivered out in 2022! So for a high end price I received a 3 year old device. Wow, just wow!! In a positive way I would describe this as negligence
SwitzerlandMy delivery was not correct and when I contacted Import Perfumrie there was a back and forth issue and they would not send the missing items that were paid for already. The second time I ordered I had my delivery sent to one of their stores, there was no follow up email stating that my order was ready for pick up. It was like my order just vanished. The staff in store was very helpful to resolve the issue and get my order to me. It wasn’t easy for them either to get through with the online customer support.
