Terrible customer service. I placed an order and several days after asked when it was going to ship. They lied and said it would ship that day. A couple days later I emailed them again, as my order still hadn't shipped. Instead of offering any help they canceled my order.
I ordered a swatch of satin for a flower girl dress. The swatch cost $9.00 to ship. Then I saw a few more fabrics that might work, so tried to contact them via phone and email for DAYS. Phone went to machine that said full, no messages. I tried many times in the day. I sent at least 2 emails trying to see if I could add to my order. No response. Then, 4 days later, the swatch shipped. Now I see I am getting credited the amount. Not sure if this means I am getting nothing. Oh well....terrible customer service....really none.
Needs a score of 0! Sent the wrong fabric after a 5 week delay. I returned the fabric. Since then the company will not respond in any way. NO ANSWER ON PHONE NO CHAT RESPONSE NO ANSWER TO MULTIPLE EMAILS. All I want is proof that they issued the refund that they said they processed in January.
In the process now of trying to find out where my order is I will be disputing the transaction if i don't hear from them TOMORROW!..UPS SAYS LABEL CREATED BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ORDER. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE...NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE.( Been calling for days)all to be sent to voicemail. I SENT EMAILS ALL JUST TO SAY SOMEONE WILL RESPOND WHEN THEY GET A CHANCE???? HOW IS THAT GOOD BUSINESS..its the 26th of Feb and ordered on the 10th!! I have never had a order even in California to take this long getting to me..sooo disappointed
