Most disappointing creditcard I have ever experienced. I have to really good Enterprises, still my private creditcard got cancelled after 25 years in which I never missed 1 payment and my businss card got cancelled after six months for a reason I do not understand. I shit on ICS

The company can improve by making clear what they exactly mean with (in translation): - positief saldo - te besteden In comparency to other card providers they are very unclear.

Terrible customer service. I reported a fraudulent transaction with my credit card 4 weeks ago and did not even receive an email acknowledging the fact that I had reported the transaction. Each time I called to ask about the status of the investigation they just said they are "too busy", when I asked why I did not at least receive an email about my report the reply was that they already send "too many emails" and that they would need people just to send them (as if you could not send automated emails with the information the person to whom I spoke over the phone put in the system). Today I called again to talk about another transaction (a refund from a seller that does not appear in my credit card statement), and the person to whom I spoke was extremely rude and implied that I or the seller were lying.
