United KingdomWhat a con!!!!I put my Mitsubishi Eclipse in for a service, They recommended that the clutch should be changed and they wanted the best part of £2000.I got a second opinion and they said that the clutch didnt need changing at all.Secondly, one of the key fobs wasnt working and they wanted to charge me over£500 to geet a new one, I enquired a local auto locksmith and he charged me £180.I will never do business with Humphries and parks!!!!!
United KingdomWe spent £43k on a brand new car in 2023. We followed the care warranty procedures. We advised of a strange noise in the engine. They couldn’t find it. We didn’t trust this so asked them to but it back from us. They offered £25k, then two weeks later the engine blew. This was March 2025. We still haven’t had our car back and it’s DEC 25, or anyone really tell us what happened to it. Humphrey and Parks have completely washed their hands of this helping us with the car and won’t buy it back. It’s now worth £15k. Despite us telling them something wasn’t right. The service we have received from them and their KPG head office has been beyond terrible. DO NOT TRUST SAM KINGSLAND JOY or BRUNO. And DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY who don’t honour anything!They have left us with scrap.
United KingdomI sold my car to Humphries and Parks. The whole transaction was done remotely, on the basis of photos that I sent. It could not have been easier. I was offered a very fair price, which was honoured on collection of the car from my home. The collection driver would not leave with the vehicle until I confirmed I had received payment to my bank account.
