Interesting product, very easy to use.
I ordered the Hume Bracelet as a gift for my wife and it never arrived (possible porch pirate). I was pleased when they immediately agreed to resend the order but that was three weeks ago and it still shows that it hasn't left in their tracking app. Furthermore, the stupid autoreply email that "someone" will get back to me whenever I inquire is not helpful. On top of that their "live chat" has been dead 24/7 for 2 weeks and apparently they don't have a phone number on this earth. However, none of this stops them from advertising to my inbox daily. You've got a great product, backed up by zero support!
The product never arrived. I ordered this product months ago and it keeps saying it's been delivered. I message the shipper and they say it's delivered. Message again and they say it's a mistake and it will be here in 48 hours. Says it's delivered again but nope nothing ever showed up. I see reviews but I honestly don't know if this product even exists.
While I think there are aspects to the app that can be improved, I have found it to be a reliable data tracker. Step count is virtually in sync with my Oura ring, which I believe to be the gold standard in step tracking. Customer service has been responsive and helpful.
