IrelandHave an order since mid August placed, have emailed numerous times since requesting an update on shipping. No replies or updates forthcoming. Very poor customer service. I know items can be delayed at the moment, but being ignored is not good form. Waiting patiently Update Amazing within 20 minutes of this review I have received a response. This poor review could have been easily avoided if information on products stock levels are updated on website and more importantly replying when a customer seeks an update on delays within 48 business hours
